Refund and Returns Policy

At Iuzhome, we put care into every shirt we make — from the fabric we choose to the final stitch before it’s packed. We want you to love what you receive, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as you hoped. This policy is here so you know exactly what happens if you ever need to send something back, whether you’re in the United States or Nigeria.

1. Return Conditions – What We Can Accept

We can only process returns for items in original, unused condition — meaning the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, marks, or odors, and still have all original tags and packaging.
This rule exists because once an item has been worn or washed, we cannot guarantee it’s in new condition for another customer. It also keeps our quality and hygiene standards high for everyone.

2. When the Return Is Our Fault

If your order arrives with a problem caused by Iuzhome — for example:

  • The wrong size or design was sent.

  • The print or stitching is defective.

  • The shirt was damaged during shipping.

You have 90 days from delivery to let us know. Just send an email to [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos or a short video showing the issue.

What happens next:

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you pay nothing for postage.

  • Your refund will include the full price of the shirt and any original shipping fee you paid — because it was our mistake.

  • Refunds are always issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to your original payment method.

Once your return arrives at 2633 Acero Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004, United States and passes inspection, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days. Banks or card providers may take another 3–7 days to move the money into your account.

3. When You Change Your Mind

Sometimes it’s not about defects — maybe the color doesn’t match your jacket, or you just prefer another design. You can still return the shirt within 90 days.

How it works:

  • We refund the shirt’s price only — original shipping fees aren’t refunded.

  • Iuzhome won’t charge any return handling fee or re-import tax. However, your courier or local customs might, depending on their policies.

How to avoid extra fees:
Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” with the correct paperwork. This tells customs it’s not a new purchase, so they’re less likely to charge import duties. Also, use tracked shipping so both you and Iuzhome can follow the package’s journey and avoid delays.

Recommended couriers:

  • For U.S. returns: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

  • For Nigeria returns: DHL Express or UPS. These options are reliable, provide tracking, and reduce customs delays.

Refunds are processed in USD to your original payment method once the return passes inspection.

4. Exchanges Instead of Refunds

If you’d rather swap your shirt for a different size or design:

  • If it’s our fault, we’ll cover shipping both ways.

  • If it’s a change of mind, you pay to send it back, and we’ll cover the cost to ship the new item to you.

We suggest checking our size guide or contacting us before ordering if you’re unsure — it’s the easiest way to avoid extra shipping.

5. Items We Cannot Take Back

Some items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect:

  • Gift cards — because they have no resale value once used.

  • Final sale items — as these are deeply discounted or clearance stock, they are sold as-is.

6. Gift Orders

If you received a shirt as a gift, please note that Iuzhome does not accept returns or exchanges for gifted items, except in cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

In such cases:

  • The request must come directly from the original purchaser.

  • We will work with them to arrange either a refund to their original payment method or a replacement.

  • All other situations, including change of mind or sizing issues, are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if it’s a defect.

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and either:

    • A prepaid label (if it’s our fault), or

    • The return address (if it’s a change-of-mind return).

  3. Ship the item back to 2633 Acero Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004, United States using a tracked service (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement.
