At Iuzhome, every shirt you order is prepared, packed, and shipped directly from our own facility at 2633 Acero Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004, United States. We believe in keeping the process transparent, straightforward, and efficient, so you know exactly when and how your order will arrive. This policy explains our shipping areas, fees, timelines, and how we handle any issues along the way.

1. Where We Ship

Iuzhome currently ships to the United States and Nigeria. We’ve chosen these locations so we can give you the best balance of speed, reliability, and cost. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories like Puerto Rico or Guam. Focusing on specific regions means we can keep our promises on delivery times and product condition.

2. Shipping Costs
We keep shipping fees clear and fair:

  • United States: $4.99 flat rate, or free shipping when your order is $89 or more.

  • Nigeria: $10.99 flat rate.

All prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. For U.S. orders, the free shipping threshold helps cover carrier costs while rewarding larger purchases. For Nigeria, the rate reflects the longer distance and extra handling, while still keeping it as affordable as possible for reliable delivery.

No Extra Taxes or Fees: Regardless of your location, you will not be charged sales tax, shipping tax, or import duties. Iuzhome covers all these costs so the price you see is the final price you pay. This way, you can shop confidently without surprise charges at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Processing Time & Delivery

United States: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package size. USPS is ideal for most addresses due to fast and consistent delivery, while UPS is chosen for larger or bulkier orders.

Nigeria: Orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and reliable international delivery. DHL provides better tracking updates and smoother customs clearance compared to standard postal services.

Choosing these carriers ensures your order is handled with care and arrives on time, with tracking updates along the way.

Since all items are made and stored in-house, your order moves quickly once placed. Processing — including fabric checks, final quality control, and packing — takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). From there:

  • United States: Delivery usually takes 5–6 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Nigeria: Delivery usually takes 9–12 business days via DHL Express.

We operate on Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same day. Orders after that are processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves 2633 Acero Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004, United States, you’ll receive:

  • Your tracking number.

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier’s system scans.

5. If Something Goes Wrong

We take delivery issues seriously, because every shirt represents the work Iuzhome put in.

Damaged in transit: Let us know within 72 hours. Send your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging. We’ll quickly review and replace it or arrange a refund.

Lost package: If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days and your order is beyond its delivery window (14 business days), contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to find it, and if it’s confirmed lost, we’ll resend or refund.

6. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel if we haven’t started processing yet. Since we work quickly, it’s best to contact us within 24 hours. Once a tracking number has been created, the order is already with the carrier. In that case, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving it.
